We currently ship to the following countries:
Belgium, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared with care and typically ship within 1–3 business days for in-stock items.
Artist Collaborations & Pre-Orders

Some pieces are created in collaboration with artists and are available by pre-order only. These limited-edition items are made with intention and care.
Made to Order: Crafted just for you — not held in stock.
Lead-Time Alert: Please check the estimated shipping time on each product page before ordering.
Mixed Orders: If you order both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship once everything is ready. For faster delivery, we recommend placing separate orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every piece is unique and crafted with care, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, including made-to-order pieces, except in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
